Because we engrave in house, fast turn around and spectacular results are assured! See our gallery toward the bottom of this page Whether the high quality laser deeply etches the wood or permanently etches the blade, there will be no question as to the sentiment you are trying to convey. Custom logo work is also available when the customer provides a high definition .jpeg or .tiff image. Almost any knife can be engraved on the blade or handle with a special message to announce an achievement or a special event. Most knives can be engraved although some plastics such as Zytel or rubberized handles can not. We do not engrave swords over 24". During the checkout process, you will be asked to select a print style from the list below, your preference for the engraving location and the text* to be engraved. The following font choices are available.
We no longer offer Old English as a text option since the results are not always good on all blade coatings. The price of $14.95 includes 1-2 lines on one blade or handle surface (see examples below) on items purchased from Dantes Knifeworks. Additional layout charges may apply if your message can not fit in the area specified, but we will make every effort to to try. We will advise you beforehand if there will be additional charges. To engrave an additional blade or handle on the same knife, simply click on the “Order Engraving” button again after filling out the information for the first engraving area. An additional charge of $14.95 will apply for each additional engraving area. Special note: In our experience, the more words used means the smaller and more difficult it is to read your message. Less is more, and definitely looks classier.
